  1. What is your role at KFC?

Financial Analyst at KFC Global in Dallas

  2. What initially drew you to KFC and how has your career grown since joining the company?

I actually first began working for KFC as a team member when I was a senior in high school. I did that for few years into college since the franchisee I worked for granted me a scholarship. After graduating college, I worked for an investment bank before deciding I wanted a role that better suited me. So far, I’ve seen enormous growth from myself (both personally and professionally). The most critical proficiencies I’ve gained have been through continuously honing my Microsoft Excel skills.

  3. What has been your favorite project to work on at KFC?

I haven’t really been a part of many formalized projects over the last year. If I had to choose, I would say the Robotic Process Automation project my team has been working on for the last couple of months. We’ve partnered with a consultant to automate a daily report I piece together. Once our objective is complete, it will make the overall process about 75% more efficient. I think those are my favorite projects. Ones where I take on a challenge that will directly benefit myself, my team, and ultimately make our work load easier.

  4. What is your favorite KFC product?

I honestly can’t pick one. As a team member my favorite food changed multiple times. First it was the macaroni and cheese, then it was hot wings (gotta ask for extra hot sauce), right now it’s the Extra Crispy chicken (all legs/drumsticks).

  5. Tell us a fun fact about yourself

I used to be heavily into rap music throughout high school and into my early college years to the point that I started rapping myself! At the height of my “career” (and I use term that loosely here), I opened for KYLE and G-Eazy.
